Tim,
I spent hours last night trying to find Dominique’s residence on the night of the murders. I’m still working on it. Meanwhile, it’s worth recalling some other things that have been consistently reported in the media but proved on closer examination to be inaccurate.
For instance: Allan Park did not say that he saw anyone. sneaking across the lawn from the south path. O.J. did not tell Park that he overslept. The “1985” baseball bat incident happened in ’84, etc. I’m not saying that I got it right about Dominique’s ’94 residence and Sawyer got it wrong. I am saying that the answer should not be so hard to get.
Over the years I have learned that the absence or the mudding of information that should be easy to nail down a sure sign that something BIG is associated with that missing or muddled information. I think that you have hit upon a biggie here with Dominique. Only once can I find where someone asks directly where Dominique was living on June 12th, 1994. That was Phil Baker when he took Denise Brown’s deposition on May 2, 1996. Denise appeared to be unprepared for the question. She repeated it and gave an answer that reminded me of what Fuhrman said when F. Lee Bailey surprised him with the question of whether or not he had his gun drawn when he searched the south path of Rockingham….
A. Where was Dominique living? I don't know. I don't know if she was at my mom's or if she had moved out already.
Q. Do you recall on the night of June 12th, 1994, Dominique was staying at your parents' house?
A. I don't remember.
In 1996 Denise went into business with her sister Dominique to set up a “charitable foundation” in the name of their murdered sister Nicole. Is there even a remote possibility that Denise did not know where Dominique was staying when she learned of Nicole’s death? If there is, I can’t see it. Can you? –Jasper
