This is stupid. Denise not knowing. Not bloody likely.
They were around each other ALL week. If nothing else, there was the dressing for the funeral and for the visitation. Was Dom around or not? That is an easy question.
The only possible explanation for truly not remembering is that Denise was drunk the whole week.
While she "might' not recall if Dom had moved out already--she would not forget the rest. And she should recall if her sister was there or not.
And she should remember if Dom was there that morning. And how Dom was notified if not there.
Her "poor' memory throws doubt on everything she testified to. Everything--not just what we think she was lying about.
