This should be fairly easy to find as Neil S. put part of his book on-line and that is where I read it.
If I have time, I will try to look. John put the guy's full name on one of the postings so it could be found I think easily.
I do recall him saying it was a nice house in a nice neighborhood but not a 'wealthy" neighborhood. It sticks in my mind that it was a LA sub-division or community.
