Juditha said they did go by Nicole’s condo before the recital. No reason for Denise to “forget” that unless she thought it was important not to place herself on Bundy shortly before the murders.
I’m thinking about the nit cap – with no blood on it – that appeared next to the bloody glove as well as Denise’s faulty memory about whether or not Dominique was in their parents’ house when Tom Lange called to tell Lou Brown that Nicole had been killed. I’m also thinking about Denise’s unexplained disappearance from the recital when Ron Fischman took the picture that showed the shoes O.J. wore to the recital as well as his blue jean jacket. I’m thinking about the blue jean jacket that disappeared from Nicole’s kitchen after Fuhrman left the kitchen. I’m thinking about Denise’s strange claim that nobody in her party had a cell phone and Juditha’s missing glasses.
Wherever the killer needed to be to be to provide him with the knit cap and information about the clothes O.J. wore to the recital, to steal the glasses and to point the finger of blame at O.J. before there was any evidence to link him to the murders, there was Denise. Whenever a question came up in connection with those items, Denies gave conflicting testimony or her memory sprung a leak.
Coincidence? No – a cluster of coincidences that dovetail into a plan to kill Nicole and Ron and to frame O.J. Simpson. –Jasper
