Jasper, I'm thinking of when the OJ lawyers went to the condo and found an identical hat on the floor of the closet as if it had been pulled down recently.
They couldn't use any of that since the Browns and friends had been in that house like locusts from the day after the crime scene.
Grabbing up a knit hat or a pair of old gloves from the garage would not be past what Denise could do---even hiding them somewhere on the property where they could be easily found or in the garage or under or in a flower pot.
I am rethinking whether Denise actually rode home with them that night. If more than one vehicle was brought to LA as Kelly repeated stated (rightly or wrongly) Denise could have planned to stay over that night for the court date the next day.
She could have returned home in the middle of the night w/out the Browns even knowing it. Later, they concocted a story to cover for her staying in LA because it would have looked bad or some such thing. The Browns would "easily" coverup for the daughters.
If the call to the Mezz was made from another location other than the Browns as Dr. Johnson claims--it could have been Denise using a heavy accent.
And I can't help but think of the call by a female at 1030 the cops and the fact some unknown woman quickly leaves from nearby when the body finders are there. They ask her to call 911 but no record of her doing so is ever shown.
Someone hanging around til the bodies are found??
Is it that Dom wouldn't testify and commit perjury? Is that why she was left out?
