I read the high points on the 10:17PM phone call from Juditha to Nicole. Is this on her Dana Point home phone records statement? If it is, it changes everything. In other words the 10:17PM phone call was not pulled out of a hat it was really on the telephone statement?
By the way, I just thought about how Charlie mentioned that Juditha's travel agency biz was a home base business and she worked out of her home. This means there were more than one phone line in their Dana Point home. Did the prosecution get all the phone lines records?
Also, I think Charlie said the 9:37PM phone call could have been made by Denise calling from somewhere else, how would it have shown up on the telephone bill in Dana Point?
