I am back. In one week I found a house, sold my house and bought a new house. Tomorrow all papers will be signed for offers, paperwork within a few weeks and I will be living in another state. Not before I vote on the recall in CA however. Escrow will take long enough for that. I am so excited. We got a great deal and the house is great. I couldn't wait to share this with all of you. The police dept has three officers so I figured I might go speak to them about being a consultant for free to keep me busy. :)
