We have touched on this during the last week or so but there was much that was kept secret (or not revealed) in the criminal trial that would have put a different slant on the whole trial if the public and the jury had known.

The best example is the keys--the set of 5 keys. The criminal trial was over and the depos for the civil trial done before we ever learned that the set of 5 keys were not to the borrowed car of Ron's nor did they contain his apartment key.

Thru this info, we learned there were 2 sets of keys--because Fred was shown 2 photos of sets of keys. Knowing that only one set of keys was in evidence really causes red flags to go up.

Throw in that the set of keys that was in evidence contained nothing but 4 old keys that went to nothing current and 1 key to Fred Goldman's house really makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up.

And then there is the lack of fingerprints--not because the material doesn't take prints well or they are all smudged but because they were wiped off at some point. This came out in drips and drabs during the trial but if put together makes a powerful point. Could ALL of these cars been washed and cleaned that day? Even Nicole's which carried children--perhaps with ice cream on their hands later that night?

I am sure this is not the only bits and pieces that didn't come out til after the criminal trial and were not stressed in ANY way during the civil trial.

Perhaps some of you can think of others.

To me, it is powerful stuff that 2 sets of keys were required that night but only one found and Ron's apartment key was NOT there. A man who allegedly just left his apartment--presumably Not unlocked.

This, I believe is the source of the defense allegations that they believe others came with Ron that night or that he was dropped off there.
