As far as Freddy and Kim go---they denied any knowledge of the police taking the tapes in the depos. Said they didn't really know what the cops took that day.
Or Ron could have ignored them but if he did, did these guys come over to the apartment as they said they would?
Were they ever questioned?
Along with this--I find it more than a little strange that 2 of his best friends and business partners failed to show for his funeral when they were supposed to be pall bearers yet went to Nicole's funeral.
