The man was the owner. They rarely take regular breaks. Usually when someone they know comes in or just when they are tired. Some work straight through if workaholics. My Dad is a workaholic so I know this to be true. I also knew some of his customers who owned restaurants and they usually waited till someone they knew came in, or just when they felt like it, all around going to the bank, books, etc. This guy in his first interview was 100 percent sure of the time being 10:30 P.M. He even made some statement about how he didn't care what others said that he knew it was 10:30. Within three days he changed his memory to nine to ten. I believe his first interview. My going along with the groups I have been in was to save stress and strain on others as I KNOW what I heard the man say that night. He was so sure I half expected O.J. Simpson to be released the next day. I know I have stated this before about incidents in this case. There are so many of them that the Prosecution's case was as bogus as can be. How anyone can believe O.J. Simpson personally killed Nicole shows they know nothing about the case as a whole. We have two many lies and changed testimony from so many Prosecution witnesses. The closest to changed testimony from the Defense that I can see was when the Doctor conceded that O.J. Simpson might have been able to hold the knife. Something like that. His concession was so silly it is difficult to remember if it was much more. Of course the time frame with Rosa Lopez but again, her testimony wasn't shown to the jury. This case smells to high heaven. Worst of all, so many people believe O.J. Simpson committed this crime. We all know why. Racism, plain and simple. It has nothing to do with evidence. It is Racism. It is sad to believe but it is the truth. Considering how many people who the Prosecution threatened to deport for testifying for the Defense it makes sense why the Ice Cream many changed his times to nine to ten. Not hard to figure out at all. As far as I am concerned, it was 10:30 P.M. when she got ice cream, or close to it.
