If I had time (I have to go to work), I'd look this up.
They mention the detective's print but then say that one that was identified (from their dateabase) was found on the middle gate (top) but fail to say who it is. The list is on the Elmo but verbally, he never says.
THis was a HUGE red flag to me.
Just as with the evidence where you are supposed to describe it (like the keys and how many) evidence presented in court is supposed to be Verbal and recorded in the text---and this was not done.
