What puzzled me about this is that they had already ID'd Phillips so if it were another of the cops--why not say so?
If it were a criminal from the database--wouldn't that be of note?
They would have said so if it were OJ's.
Couldn't be the Browns--unless it was Denise because I would say hers IS in the system from her repeated DUI arrests. And even if it were hers--why not say?
