Thanks, Lollie, I was just curious because back in 94 it was ALL 55 mph according the website on LA traffic I contacted.
I would think though that the same now would apply to the other "cities" that the 405, etc. goes thru.
He told me it was ALL 55 mph on the 405, etc. back in 94.
Hence, driving 75-80 mph on it would be majorly over the speed limit. And subject to heavy fines and penalties.
