Once I started thinking about this, it lead to speculation of what we could have learned from them or at least learned in part.
We could have learned the goings and comings of Nicole and Ron. Petro Man said that Ron had a garage at his apt. (higher rent?) but was it a parking garage or an individual garage. (Wonder if Dick ever went over there and took any photos?)
The comings and goings of Kato, the Browns, Marcus Allen, other Mezz employees, not to mention OJS.
The comings and goings of Heistra, Scwhab, the blind daters, any other people walking dogs in the neighborhood who didn't come forward. Also, any vehicles in the neighborhood of a suspicious nature. The arriving of Ron's borrowed car--or not.
The presence or absence of a large white truck-like vehicle in the neighborhood?
Jill's trip to the grocery store?
Any other cars of a suspcious nature driving around OJ"s place. The arrival of the first cop cars at Rockingham and what the cops did or did not do.
For example--a surviellance video from across the stree or on her street may not have shown the murder or cars in the street but may have been angled so that Heistra, Lang, blind daters or Schwab and his dog were shown...and the time.
Along the area where Ben and Jerry's is and the CA Pizza place it may have shown Nic and the kids walking even if Ben and Jerry's didn't have one.
I would say many of the residences near OJ would have surviellance video at their gates so they could buzz the people in. Even he had a telephone type system.
The guy across the street (Sheimbaum) is the one who attracts my attention as he was a world figure in politics (Jewish relations and Israel) and he was the former (just!) commission for the police affairs for the city. Police Commission. The political angle alone (guests such as Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, presidents of countries, etc) would make it most likely he had some kind of video system for security.
These as I said were taken by the police but not right away. It could be they were erased or taped over by the time the cops got around to getting them. It was 2 weeks before they got the answering machine tapes of Nicole's back from the Browns.
And with the neighbor--it is most likely that he had the kind that Didn't just show closeup to the gate either but a wider range.
