As a Southern Californian in property management in that area, I can tell you Ron did not have his own garage. At best he had a parking space in an underground parking system considered a rental amenity AKA: carport(possibly below the apartment units and called a garage or behind the apartment building- a carport). In the higher rent beach apartments then Brentwood, they had a lessor parking system for Rolls Royces, Ferreris, ect., then Petro was trying to paint Ron as having. Petro did this for the purpose of playing to the jury that Ron was middle class & Fred Goldman deserved to steal O.J.'s empire and all his money....Ron Goldman did not have a pot to wee wee in...estate? What a joke!
