Wait a minute! When O.J. called the Browns they started screaming at him accusing him of murder. It does not matter if he did not think he was or was not a suspect, the Brown home was never the right environment for the children when they were accussing the father of murder. He was their parent and had legal custody. He should have said or thought, "Screw you. My kids are staying with me & my blood."
Even Judge Kennedy said the kids belonged with their father not a police station.
