Chandler, It was in Kim's depo for the Civil Trial. She said that he didn't have a driver's license but only a CA ID because he had lost his license due to being jailed twice for not paying parking fines.
He spent a week in jail one time. The first time, his father knew about but the second time was kept from Fred.
So..the info came from sister Kim in the depo.
