I agree with you, it's hard to believee anything said in the civil trial. Just think of Judy's testimony about O.J.'s mood during the recital. She said he was angry, in a dark mood, mad and more in the direct examination. On cross she had to admit that she only looked at him once or twice, that he had Justin on his lap and was looking mad. Then she added that her daughters had told her he looked mad all that time. Crazy, and too bad the defense didn't make more of that.
