Yes, Jill initially thought the driver of the Bronco was Marcus Allen, until she heard the voice of the driver. She recognized the voice as OJ's voice and then realized it was OJ in the car. Jill had watched the movie Naked Gun 33 1/2 the night before and that was the reason she was so sure about the voice.
The person from the DA's office that gave Bosco inaccurate information about Jill was Peter Bozanich -- Director of Branch and Area in the D.A.'s Office. He is named in the lawsuit Jill has which is at the Supreme Court of California.
