In the fall of 93, there were hearings as to whether Heidi's little black book would be allowed in court. They got an "independent" judge to look at the stuff and rule--just as they did on the Fuhrman tapes and things like that. Who was that judge? Judge Ito, of course.
Then when it got time for OJ's trial--they went with Ito when another judge was expected to do it. (at least discussed as doing it)
And who is the Judge's wife---the head of the Internal Affairs who had business with Fuhrman many times regardless of what she testified to.
As a trade off for not using Heidi's black book, they talked Charlie Sheen into testifying. And who does Kato go live with after he is kicked out of Rockingham? Charlie Sheen.
Now all of this gets a big too incesteous for me to believe is a coincidence.
Don Simpson and the doctor die before the OJ trial. Brad Roberts is at the scene with Pellicano in the doctor's case. Don't know about Simpson's.
Don Simspon was KNOWN to have hookers and drugs and all kinds of things in his private life. Probably even used Heidi's service for any studio parties and they would have been Huge ones considering the movies that he and Jerry B. ??? Did like Top Gun, etc. Both were "accidental" overdoses. Over 20 prescription drugs in their systems.
On the way up to and during the Heidi trial--two of her girls died. One from an OD and the other was murdered. Could be an accident--or maybe not. Same for the doctor and Simpson.
So while Pellicano is working for Weitzman and the studio, and Fuhrman he shows up (and is called before) before the cops at at least the doctor's death if not Simpson's death.
BTW, who do you think was in charge of the investigation into LAPD involvement in the Heidi business?
