I had forgotten about that. Let me put on my thinking cap and see what I can recall about it. Something about one lawyer for MF dropping him when the McKinney tapes came out.
We have talked before about some of the same people having the same lawyers.
There is a name for it that came up in the Clinton Impeachment because so many of the witnesses had lawyers that were the same and were Clinton supporters. I can't recall what it was but the pundits said it all the time.
It is the same thing that happens in mob cases where all the "witnesses" against the perp have the same lawyer--usually provided by the perp.(or mob boss)
It is a way for everyone to be on the same page because the lawyer is the go-between. It is not real ethical but not illegal.
