Jasper, You left out Robert Shapiro (who met at Robert Evan's house every week of the trial under the guise of a "social" affair).
He was the lawyer for both Robert Evans (his own problems with the Heidi case and at least 2 murder for hire cases) and for Nagy who was Heidi's associate--more like her boss. Nagy as the others have mentioned was never charged.
Shapiro --whom it became painfully clear was not on the same page with Cochran and the others.
And did I see on your posting about M. York that she is still in charge and did the Rampart investigation--the one the new chief says if pitifully inadequate and not the FULL story.
Shapiro could easily have been passing on any info that may or may not have come up leading to the Heidi Fleiss case. He may in fact been recommended to OJ to do just that job. Be the keeper of the Heidi info and keep it out of the trial.
