Seems like an accurate assessment to me. Of interest is the fact that the glove was found about six inches (at most) from the edge of the carport.
Recently we have viewed a criminal trial tape where the stick by the broonce was shown in close up. It is obviously a broken stick with one end thicker than the other. It almost tapers to a point. There is a nail in the middle of the stick. If you are interested, I could email you a picture of it.
