What's your source authority for your assertion that there was work done on hte property fence shortly after the murder.
On the contrary, the interview tape was done some months after OJ's release and the tape of the south path matched the evidence photos taken the day after the murders.
There is not even any particular reason to believe the the domolition and reconstrujction on Rockingham much affected the south fence and the fooiage. Dick's pictures taken of Salinger's property as the construction was going on did not show any major changes to the property fence. The construction crew was probably quite anxious to stay as far away form the property line as they could.
