This is it, Fuhrman as Christ “the magician,” the Messiah, and the sacrificial lamb as well as Pilot, the man responsible for nailing him to the cross.
The key to these apparent contradictions is in Murder in Brentwood where Fuhrman explains his words and how he spoke them on the McKinny tapes. On page 270 he writes, “I envisioned the film with a female role-model hero…” In other words, he was putting himself “in the shoes” of the woman that his “character” was persecuting. To explain his first person accounts of murder and mayhem he says, “Characters were created from composites of many people, from police management down to the lowest criminals.”
The stories of the women who represent the five points of the Eastern Star fit the profile. Think of them as aspects of one character, a composite character.
I didn’t see anything in Fuhrman’s writing that would indicate true religious beliefs of his own, much less his involvement in organized religion. When he talks about his home in Sandpoint, Idaho he mentions restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and a theater for performing arts. He mentions a local theater group. He says that Sandpoint is a great place to raise kids and talks about his children winning blue ribbons for eggs and a pet rabbit named “Cookie” at a county fair. He makes no mention of a Sandpoint church.
The closest he comes to identifying himself with religion, apart from his remarks about Johnny Cochran, is the story he tells about the Christmas presents he purchased for his wife. The Eastern Star has its origin in the first Christmas, the star of Bethlehem. Lollie put me onto this with her post about the four Biblical heroines. The link you provided me with in your last post confirms it. Rob Morris? Rob Mathers? Morris Banks?
Ruth – a sheaf of wheat: Before Christ delivered his sermon on the mount, he performed miracles to feed the many people who had gathered to hear him. In Murder in Brentwood, Fuhrman makes an irrelevant reference to the movie Ghost. The main ghost in the movie is Sam Wheat. In Fuhrman’s Murder Greenwich movie Martha Moxley is a ghost.
Adah – a violet: In Murder in Greenwich Fuhrman makes an inappropriate reference to Jack the Ripper (The Ripper was a serial killer. He slashed his victims). Mary Jane Kelly was singing “Sweet Violets” before Jack the Ripper killed her.
Ester – the white lily. As strange as this might seem the Fuhrman connection is in the red dresses on the manikins of the Bell Haven store window. It connects to the Fire Walk With Me prequel to Twin Peaks.
Martha – The fern: Here the “flower doesn’t count. The name does.
Electa – the deep red rose: Electa is very close to Electra, for whom the Electra complex was named. It’s the father/daughter incest equivalent of the Oedipus complex. In Murder in Greenwich Ed Hammond was renamed Rob Mathers and made to appear that he had an incestuous relationship with his mother. I don’t see how Fuhrman’s ROB Mathers and the Eastern Star’s inventor ROB MORRIS can be purely coincidental, especially when you factor in the name change given in Fuhrman’s movie to the Skakel tutor Ken Littleton. His movie name is MORRIS Banks. –Jasper
