Wilma could be Billie Fuhrman’s given name. Billie is a common nickname for Wilma (the feminine form of William). Billie could also be her given name or her middle name. Another possibility is Willamina. Women named Williamin sometimes go by the name Mimi, Mina, Willie or Billie.
Billie Burk (Glenda the Good Witch of the South in The Wizard of OZ) had three middle names. Her full birth name was Mary William Ethelbert Appleton Burke. There are many strong Fuhrman movie links to Billie Burk.
The only other famous Billie I know is Billy Holliday. Her real name was Elenora. She took Billie as her stage name from another female entertainer.
I, too, would like to know Mrs. Fuhrman’s full given name. I’d like to know if she had German parents or grandparents. I’d like to know if the family practiced any kind of formal religion. If you find anything along these lines please post it. I will do the same. –Jasper
