Aries? When you wrote that did you realize how close Aries is to Aris, the Bundy killer’s gloves? That whole paragraph is dynamite! You're talking about Mark Fuhrman.
Delphiniums come in many colors (the Murder in Greenwich movie had white ones), and there are varieties of delphiniums that don’t look like delphiniums. One of those varieties is the larkspur. The larkspur also comes in a variety of colors. Fuhrman left a representation of both kinds on the Bundy murder scene. Charlie tracked down the delphiniums a long time ago when I was starting The Smoking Gun. I have links to them somewhere in the first book
The thing about the red rose is that Fuhrman was not supposed to be an intimate acquaintance of Nicole or Martha Moxley, which would have mad it inappropriate for HIM to use them.
And speaking of the swastika… I think that’s what Fuhrman was doing with the Eastern Star, turning an ancient religious symbol into something of his own. Hitler did not adopt the swastika for its religious symbolism. He adopted it for its simplicity and elegance of design. He just thought it was cool. –Jasper
