I agree that both Dunne and Fuhrman have "contempt" for the rich and/or privledged. We have talked about that before.
I have read only the one Dunne book (the OJ one--that really wasn't about the case) and in it he goes to all these parties and hobnobs with the rich and famous while showing contempt for them. He "eats them up" to their faces but really hates them.
He also puts forth how much of an "unbiased" person he is racially but it is more a case of talking down to the Black servants,etc. that he runs across.
The kicker is the section where the guy tells him he received a call from the Bundy house in Spain after the murders but before the cops arrived. When he found out it wasn't either OJ, Jason or Marcus or AC (all Black men) he became enraged and wasn't interested anymore.
I think Fuhrman and Dunne feed off each other and tell each other that they aren't biased all the while trashing the minorities and trashing the so-called "rich". Trashing the rich has become a profitable "industry" and neither seem to understand that they would qualify as being 'rich" by the Democratic political definition. And both are striving to become one of the "rich and famous" with every breath that they take.
