Now remember that the fense behind Kato's room had 2 gates in the area of the garage, but the other end is open. I am not sure but I think at some time that OJ said it was at one time a dog run. Now this makes perfect sense. And it makes sense that at sometime that the end that has no gate once had one but it fell down. Remember one of the front ones was almost off its hinges. So kinda get that picture of this fensed in area in your mind. Also ask yourself if you saw the fense from the garage are would you expect that it was open at the other end. Or would you expect it to be a closed in space that dogs could not get in if the gate by the garage was closed.
Now OJ had a dog. Dogs love leather gloves. They drag them around, hide them, slobber on then washing away hairs and blood, and even burry them. If they got off the property they could take the glove to a neighbors yard.
Now if you are going to plant a glove then you would want to plant it where it would be safe from the dog. Back when Fuhrman was there before the fense could have been intact and he might have even seen a dog in it. What keeps dogs in also keeps dogs out.
Now you want to plant the glove in a place that the dog can't get it. You can't put it in the yard or the house cause the dog is in these places. But if you put it in the fense area the dog can't get to it.
Now you can put it in from the Salingers yard, by throwing it over the fense. But you have another problem. Is it going to be found in time to implicate OJ by the time he gets home from Chicago. Got to get the media on board to trash OJ.
There fore you beat on Kato's AC. Now the thing that would make the most noise is to stand in Salinger's yard and hit it with a golf club.
Oj is missing a golf club. He could have left it in the Bronco or in the yard or even could have left it in the yard when chipping balls.
Now maybe the golf club was not the orginal thing that was intended to hit the AC with. Perhaps it was the stick. Maybe the golf club was found and the finder realized that it would make a bigger racket. In fact the stick was found close to the Bronco. You are carring the stick to the Salingers yard to have handy, but as you pass the Broco, you see the clubs and drop the stick and grab a club.
Now what does this tell us. The planter of the glove only saw the fense at the garage end. so they had some familiarity with OJ's yard but not as familiar as Kato and probably Ron S.
The planter probably stole the golf club while OJ and Kato where at the hamburger place.
It is possible that the reason that Nicole was hit on the head was that they where going to plant OJ's golf club. If that was the plan, it could even have been stolen from his bag while he was playing golf or even earlier. But I bet that it was taken when he and Kato where gone.
The planter gets back to the murderer and says new plan hit her with a golf club and we will plant Oj's. But for some reason they did not get a chance or they changed their minds for some reason.
So now we have a reason for the placement of the glove and a reason that they had to hit Kato's AC. I can even speculate that what Wagner's friend saw was a look a like in OJ's car speeding over to Rocking ham taking the golf club that had Nicole's blood on it. that was to be planted. But they where defeated in doing so by the limo still there. There could even have stolen more than one club from OJ, one to hit the AC and one to hit Nicole.
There big problem was that their timing was off.
now at Bundy, you have the same problem of the dog stealing the glove. I think that the car that Heister saw going south was taking the dog away from the scene so he could not take off with the glove. And Hay, Hay, Hay would be exactly what some one would say to a dog who was doing something you did not want them to do.
Ok, cretique what I have said and see what was possible and what was not.
