More info on the Tampa case that is significant. The time of death was in dispute. The husband (cop) had been out drinking with his father til about 2:30 AM (publicly) when he came home and found his wife unresponsive, blue and cold. He called 911 and attempted CPR but when the EMT's arrived, they made no such efforts and said she had been LONG dead.
If she was LONG dead and had been with her parents earlier in the evening with her two girls, and the man had been out drinking with his father, he couldn't have suffocated her when he got home.
This was another area that Baden pointed out.
As I said, the DA's were so disturbed by Baden's findings, they hired an outside expert to go over the autopsy evidence and samples, xrays, etc.
This is a marked contrast to the response taken by the LA DA's. Their immediate response was to get someone to "cover" for Golden's mistakes.
Prien and others who have read the autopsy report have often remarked that it does not have the info that usually is included in an autopsy of identifying markings (like Ron's tatoo) and other things. They just aren't there. Other things like Nic's C-section scar is not mentioned either.
Remember, this is NOT a medical autopsy but a forensic one and all these identifying markings and other things should have been included in the report.
The long scratch on Nicole's leg from the fence is not even included in the report. ALL injuries --small or large--are to be included.
The blows to the head (not the TOP of the head as Fuhrman states) could be a major part of a forensic team discovering just how the murders took place.
