There was a Jeff mentioned in "Raging Heart", where a Jeff was one of group of young men who Nicole used to hang out with. They thought she was a "cool lady". They would drive her Ferrari and at some point Nicole gave Jeff her NYDK sweat shirt. NYKY was the brand O.J. had requested for his Playboy video. Jeff went to Nicole's funeral. The Goldman family was upset that he didn't come to Ron's funeral according to "His name is Ron". They had expected Jeff to be ball bearer, so they must have been close.
But I guess Jeff is a quite common name.
