THis Jeff could have had this info. That is what I mean by saying that Jeff could have given all kinds of good info. Jeff might have been well aware of shared custody between OJ and NIc.
Question, though. Why leave Jeff completely out of the picture? If true, that he came outside, this could have explained away much of the info that they seemed to have without reason.
Sure, Fuhrman could have known as well but this would have given them the "out' they needed for having info that they had no other way of knowing.
Perhaps there are other things that they didn't want Jeff to say on the stand and/or in a statement. Other things he saw and heard while out there.
