Jasper, you mentioned you didn't think that the walk thrus were done--at the very least when and how they said they were. It makes perfect sense that they didn't. And if they didn't, were they standing around. Had they talked to this Jeff? And had they talked to the EMT and perhaps the other firemen with him?
Had they "made" their case early on ---and then made it fit?
