Below under Silent Witness, I said there was always some EXCUSE or Controversy ( a la the Fuhrman tapes) that was USED to NOT pursue some issue---like how they knew about the custody agreement or the ID of the body possibly by Jeff or the EMT.
Well, there is a SCREAMING example of another Silent Witness and that is Nic's maid. It is criminal to think that they didn't call to the stand and question a person who LIVED in the house with Nicole up to her death. And she just happened to be away for the weekend (at Cora's) when the murders took place.
She not only had info on Faye, lost keys and lost garage door opener but info on whether or not Ron was ever over there or what Nic's possible plans were or if she witnessed any problems between OJ and NIcole.
OJ's maid testified. But not Nicole's.
Just one more example of HIDING witnesses (Brad Roberts, the EMT, etc.) who needed to account for themselves and what they knew and when they knew it.
