Prien, I definitely agree. And I said previously, Chris Springer believes that Vannatter did the switching, not Fuhrman.
I just think the blood switching was not planned prior to their finding out OJ had a cut on his hand. They had from 6:30 or 7AM til OJ arrived to plan---and plan to get OJ in ASAP for a blood sample.
It was Vannatter carrying the blood sample around and who had the bogus evidence envelope that it was in (an old used one w/out the proper info on it). It was Vannatter who handled Ron's and Nic's sample and got their samples from the coroner against the rules and carried it over to the lab.
It was Lange that learned of the cut from the hotel clerk just about 6:30 or so and denies it now.
Don't forget the hotel clerk made a profer that she would testify to having told Lange about it but Judge Ito barred her testimony.
And don't forget that the time line in Vannatter and Lange's book incorporates the call back to the hotel but the finding of the blood prior to that call whereas Fuhrman's book has the finding of the blood AFTER the call is made.
