Jasper,
I don't think Marcia would have called Bushey had she known about the time of the call from Phillips. All she wanted from him was the order from above, that the detectives didn't go to Rockingham because OJ was a suspect. She was lucky nobody seemed to have noticed the time in the middle of the fuhrman tapes debacle. I don't think Vanatter/Lange knew either (where did Rogers come from?). But fuhrman did and yet he sticks to the party line in his book and has Phillips "walk away and start talking on his cell phone" at about five.
Another "whiff of fuhrman" is the comment from Bushey that the reason for his order to notify O.J. was that he and Nicole had a "dual type custody situation". Who else could that have come from but fuhrman.
I think Singular's source was right and there was an earlier trip to Rockingham. There is Rosa's testimony of men in hard soled shoes arguing in the middle of the night ("media noche" doesn't mean midnight, it means "middle of the night"), Kaelin hearing OJ's phone "ringing all night, couldn't sleep".
What do you know about detective Connie Dial? I always wondered why she was called to Bundy. Wasn't she in narcotics or something?
