Actually it is now DSM IV and includes Chronic Pain Syndrome which I also have. :) Better a smile than a frown. The book is what Mental Health Experts use to determine and communicate with each other with the disorder name and number. It has all forms of Mental Health Disorders in it. Amazing book.
