What you all have been talking about is what I was referring to earlier about the Adult Child of an Alcoholic and more.
There ARE lists of symptoms that CAn be checked off and identified. Not ALL people who were raised by one of more alcoholics have them symptoms and some have more symptoms than others. Some have influences in their lives that combat it and others do not. Some seek help and others do not.
They are Predictors. Just like there are Predictors for Serial Killers and other types of crimes.
Just like some children who parents drink too much react by Never drinking even the first time, others will go down the same path as their parents.
Also spouse abusers tend to raise spouse abusers or people who abuse their kids tend to raise children who do the same. THis is NOT true in all cases but the tendacy is there.
It is something that we are Warned about continually these days.
It deserves a look in the case of Fuhrman. He also fits the description of a psychopath as described in the book Without Conscience.
