I just read a book called River's End by Nora Roberts.

Although it is not straight from the OJ case, it has elements of the case. It is a 1999 book so it was not written before.

Hollywood couple wife killed with scissors (Nic always claimed she would be killed with scissors) while a child is upstairs. The husband is arrested and convicted. He was very high on drugs that night. There is a "twin" sister who is slightly older and jealous. Husband was jealous and violent. The child heard and argument and screams and went downstairs and discovered her Dad standing there with blood on him and the scissors in his hand. (always what was speculated about Sydney or at least the possibility). The wife's parents are extremely angry as is the sister and they go out of their way to keep the guy in jail when his parole comes up.

And more. I could tell more but it would give away the plot. And I would recommend it to both men and women. It is written from the point of view of the grown daughter of the victim and the grown son of the detective who found the girl hiding in the closet that night.
